Congratulations to the first deaf-owned restaurant in San Francisco for receiving funding to franchise. A deaf couple owns Mozzeria which employs all deaf employees and even deaf artists to decorate it’s restaurant, has decided to branch out. Maybe we’ll even see one somewhere here in Los Angeles, Long Beach, Anaheim…etc.
Best of luck to them as they attempt to put a dent in the approximately 70% unemployment rate among the Deaf.
